Shipping policy
Domestic
Free standard shipping is available on orders over $75 in the US.
Orders are fulfilled from our fulfilment center in the USA
Orders placed after 11AM PST will be processed the following business day
Orders placed after 11AM PST on Fridays, will be processed the following Monday.
Overnight orders placed Friday before 11AM PST will be delivered the following Monday.
Business days are Mon - Fri, excluding scheduled fulfilment center closures.
We do not process, ship or deliver orders on weekends.
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order ships.
Tracking details may take up to 24 hours to be available.

Biowell partners with UPS to provide our valued international customers shipping outside continental US.
International rates
International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout and will vary based on final destination to provide the lowest currently available shipping rate.
Packages will be delivered in 3 - 12 business days
Weekend delivery is not available
International shipping rates do not apply to items being shipped to Territories within the continental United States including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.
Same US shipping rates apply, however please allow additional time for standard orders to ship.
We ship to the following countries ..
Currently Australia, Belgium, Canada, France, Italy, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Sweden, Switzerland, and United Kingdom
Customs offices in some countries require the recipient (importer of record) to provide a particular form of identification before releasing a shipment.
You may be required to provide an identification number such as a Unique Identification Number, CPF, or Tax ID.
International customs, duties and taxes
International shipping rates cover shipping charges only.
Note duties, taxes and carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order amount at checkout.
Duties and taxes may be due to the parcel carrier upon delivery.
These fees will be assessed by the parcel carrier, and must be paid by the order recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Contact your local customs office for more info.
When customs clearance procedures are required, it can extend our original delivery estimates.
International PO box numbers
We cannot ship to international P.O. box addresses.
All international and Canadian orders require a verifiable physical shipping address. We are unable able to ship through alternate couriers at this time.
Subscription orders
Combined shipping of separate subscription orders is currently only available for subscription orders set to ship within 72 hours of one another.
A maximum of two orders will be combined, and only if using the same shipping address and payment record.
The order with the later ship date will be merged with the order with the nearer ship date.
If you would like to combine or make other changes to your existing subscriptions, please login to your account to edit your existing subscription orders and set-up your subscription to contain all products you would like to receive in one shipment on an ongoing basis.
International subscriptions
International subscription shipping rates will be calculated at the time of order placement and will vary based on total order weight/final destination to provide the lowest currently available shipping rate.
International subscription orders ship via UPS WorldWide Expedited and Frontier in Canada.
